Our client, a PE-owned packaging company for the beauty and cosmetics industry, faced a significant shift when a prominent shareholder began contemplating a dual-track exit strategy. After three years of delivering ongoing best practice Debt IR support to the company, we suddenly had to fast-track the delivery of a new management presentation, articulating the investment proposition to reflect a new business plan and value creation pathway.

Our team, led by Severine Camp and Faisal Kanth, collaborated with the company’s management to distil their 150+ page business plan into a compelling, concise presentation – and deliver it in just one month. We focused on the company’s unique market position and financial trajectory pathway, tackling several work streams at once and drafting numerous aspects of the investment narrative concomitantly. Spending a week in-house with the client, we presented the work section by section, providing editorial and graphical support to achieve an impressive turnaround.
