Faisal Kanth

Faisal is an experienced Investor Relations and Capital Markets communication professional having advised clients across the globe over the last 15 years. He began his professional Investor Relations career at Taylor Rafferty in 2005, working with an array of issuers in implementing best practice Investor Relations programmes over the course of the next decade. Faisal also witnessed several acquisitions of the firm during this period, and ultimately, led the MBO of the European IR business from its PE owners in 2014, and established Fairvue Partners.

Faisal has a long-held belief that consistent communication of management’s strategy and vision to the market remains the primary controllable factor in optimising stock valuation. As such, Faisal works with Executive Management and IR teams to develop appropriate messaging frameworks, ensuring crisp articulation of the underlying investment proposition. He has advised companies of all sizes, across many sectors, in corporate situations including IPOs, M&A, crisis communications, as well as, ongoing financial and investor communications.

Faisal is multi-lingual and graduated with Honours in Economics and Mathematics from Queen Mary, University of London.

Stu has spent close to 20 years providing high-quality institutional and capital markets intelligence to investor relations and senior management teams at corporate issuers around the globe. Having initially trained in asset management at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, before managing the global research and analysis team at Taylor Rafferty for over 10 years, Stu co-founded Fairvue Partners in 2014.

Stu set up the research function at Fairvue with the firm belief that all good investor relations advisory is fundamentally backed up by rigorous capital markets research. This view comes from the experience of having worked with and been a trusted capital markets advisor to many of the world’s leading issuers, adding material value to their IR programmes and practices.

Today, Stu heads up a team that works collaboratively with Fairvue’s corporate clients, conducting a wide range of highly bespoke analyses to help them to fully understand the dynamics underpinning their capital market positioning and to develop actionable strategies to engage key investment decision-makers and maximise the efficiency of all interactions.

Stu holds an BA with Honours from the University of Exeter and speaks French and German fluently.

With over two decades of expertise, Severine combines her in-house IR, equity and consulting background to provide Fairvue’s clients with unique insights into the ever-evolving challenges of Capital Market engagement, as well as transitioning IR into a strategic contributor to Management teams and Supervisory Boards.

Severine’s in-house experience spans across Germany and France, having previously worked as Head of Investor Relations at Gerresheimer in Germany and Thomson SA in France, and in Telecoms at Deutsche Telekom and Mannesmann in Germany. She also worked as a fixed income analyst for the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi in Germany as well as in the Cash Equity Business of Exane BNP Paribas in the UK. She co-founded Fairvue Partners in 2014.

Severine’s experience includes Debt and Equity, and she specialises in building equity and investment stories for listed companies and those under private equity ownership, with an increasing focus on incorporating shared values and sustainability as long-term valuation drivers. She works closely with her clients on establishing best practice IR programmes from any starting point and operates as an extension of the in-house team providing interim equity and debt IR support. She also advises on managing activist defence programmes adopting a pragmatic approach.

Severine is a finance graduate from HEC Paris and is fluent in French, English and German. She is currently based in the Netherlands.

Devina has a long and demonstrable track record in Investor Relations consultancy and the financial services industry, having worked with Taylor Rafferty on the client advisory side for over six years and before that with a financial B2B firm in a client-service management role. She has extensive experience in advising corporates across the globe on the implementation of best practice debt and equity investor relations programmes, as well as sound knowledge of all IR communications channels and associated technologies.

As one of the co-founding members of Fairvue Partners, Devina has since provided operational oversight, with full responsibility for the direction and performance of the Investor Relations team and client management, which lends to Fairvue’s continued focus on servicing quality and client satisfaction.

Devina currently manages key accounts, as well as large-scale projects, and remains an integral part of the client management and servicing team. She has worked across an extensive range of projects over the past 12 years, whilst servicing a diverse client base of predominately large cap companies across key markets, both emerging and developed.

She holds a BA Hons degree, the IMC designation, CFA Level 1 and is a candidate in the CIMA programme.

Angela Quattrocchi

Angela has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry and in investor relations advisory. Amongst her previous roles, she was a director at Brunswick in their investor engagement team and previously worked on the Italian sales team at Bloomberg covering mostly buy-side clients. Prior to that she was an analyst at Citi where she initially focused on the execution of bond transactions before moving into the counterparty risk management team, where she conducted risk assessment and credit analysis for global financial institutions across a wide range of sectors.

She currently advises on a wide range of debt and equity-listed companies in both the developed and emerging markets. Her particular areas of expertise include: investor intelligence; messaging; perception studies; trend analysis; and, corporate communication materials review and support.

She has a Master’s in business from the ESCP-EAP and speaks Italian, English and French.
