Our client, a global Healthcare company, had to navigate the choppy waters of earnings volatility, consensus misses, questions surrounding their M&A track record and overall approach to capital allocation. All of this left the newly created IR team with a communications challenge ahead of the company’s maiden Capital Markets Day.

We took the helm of the Capital Markets Day, shaping everything from storyboards to graphics, coaching and rehearsal. Led by Faisal Kanth, our team took a systematic approach to story building. We dissected the financial trajectory and capital allocation framework, including growth capex and M&A rationale and criteria, and built an internal IR model for precise short and mid-term guidance. These efforts combined to instil transparency and clarity into the company’s success story.

We spent a lot of time with the management team, acting as a sounding board and prepping them for tough questions. Through rehearsals, coaching and audience understanding, we instilled a strong listed company culture, ensuring the company’s continued success in capital markets interactions.
